Our team was awarded the exclusive sales and marketing platform for the St. Regis Dallas Residences over several other sales and marketing firms in September 2008. We developed a sales and marketing strategy, target buyer profiles, developed sales tools and recruited, hired and trained the sales teams of four luxury sales executives. This project involved assistance in the design and programing of the Welcome Center along with building a database of 1,500+ names through strategic relationships in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.
