After a thorough evaluation of phasing plans and the demand pipeline, Legacy reorganized the positioning, established a sales platform and designed a collection of Marina Villas adjacent to the Marina Welcome Center as a focused selling effort to relaunch all product segments throughout the development. This effort led to the generation of a $23M business plan.
