This portfolio boasts 411 residences including 132 condominiums and 93 Coach Homes, all within 220 acres. Due to a limited product offering and minimal sales performance the developer partnered with Margaritaville in the summer of 2017 to enhance their condominium offering and increase sales. Legacy introduced laser focus on lifestyle Sales and Marketing versus the developer’s traditional home building business model. Initial involvement included redefining the advertising and marketing campaign, repositioning and training the sales staff and forging realtor relationships. Legacy’s strategic partnership with the Margaritaville brand provided additional marketing depth, owner value and maximized product message.
