Turtle Island is a 90-acre private island within a 5-minute boat ride of San Pedro, Belize offering an immersive island experience like no other. The name Turtle Island was inspired by the two rescued sea turtles that live in the turtle rescue lagoon on the property. Existing resort amenities include a 20,000 sqft beach club with an infinity edge pool, bar, restaurant and plenty of lounge seating. The resort hospitality is managed by Muy’Ono Resorts who oversees all operational services for the 21 guest suites available throughout the 13 waterfront villas. Future amenity plans for the island include a mixed-use village, snorkel lagoon, turtle rescue hospital, and more.
Legacy was commissioned to oversee sales, marketing and operations for the 171 waterfront residences included in phase 1. The sales plan involved establishing a priority reservation program prior to converting to contract. Legacy’s strategic marketing efforts resulted in significant lead generation which positioned the sales team to exceed sales expectations and project thresholds.
