Waters Lakeside

Horseshoe Bay, Texas

Serviced by Legacy International

The Waters at Horseshoe Bay Resort is a lakeside condominium community consisting of five buildings within walking distance of the Horseshoe Bay Resort Yacht Club and Lake LBJ. The first two condominium buildings were sold and constructed in the early 2000s. Legacy International was commissioned to complete The Waters community by selling the remaining three condominium buildings which had just broken ground. Each building houses 20 luxury residences spanning over four stories. Priced from the $800s – $1.3M, all residences include three bedrooms and range from 1570-2324 square feet. Legacy’s scope of work included sales, marketing, and operations for the community with a mission of achieving a $60M return across all 60 residences within 6 months. The Team began with a rebranding exercise which resulted in changing the name of these luxury residences to “Waters Lakeside”. The Sales and Marketing strategy launched with a Priority Reservation Program backed by a robust marketing platform. Legacy’s Sales Executives collected Priority Reservations with paid deposits in exchange for the buyer to have the opportunity to be contacted to purchase in the order their reservation was received. To date, the Sales Team has accumulated far more reservations than there are available residences to sell and anticipates a complete sell out of all 60 residences well within the ambitious 6-month timeline.
