Daniel Wright

Director of Development

Daniel started his real estate career working with a retail developer in Greenville, South Carolina while getting his Masters in Real Estate Development from Clemson University. Upon receiving his degree, Daniel moved to Charleston, South Carolina, where he became Director of Development for Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic- a retail brokerage and development company. After several years and multiple infill retail/office projects, Daniel partnered with two other real estate professionals and created Tenant Development Company- A retail & Office development company. Daniel worked with investors, clients, and tenants to meet a plethora of real estate development and construction needs across the Charleston market.

In 2021, Daniel decided to expand his real estate knowledge into a larger market, as well as get some experience in the Residential development world. He moved to Austin, Texas and began working as a project manager for Ledgestone Development Group- a residential and multifamily developer. He worked on multiple projects across different stages of development, before transitioning to Legacy Performance Capital as Director of Development, where he resides today.
